So What's New website went live today. A big thank you to my web designer and MASTER, Frank Garofalo of Garofalo Enterprises. Frank's web company is Cyber View. Frank is a 2008 graduate from Purdue University. Frank will be continuing his education at Purdue to obtain his Masters degree. So What's New logo was created (at a supersonic speed) by graphic designer, EXCEPTIONALE...Jim Rickard, Owner of J. Rickard Visuals. Another big thank you to Jim for creating the most outstanding visual for my business! Banner's and other signs related to my business were done by BuildASign.com. A thank you is also in order for their high QUALITY, outstanding customer service and expeditous handling of my order. Finally, a big thank you to Scott Callen, Owner of Trade Press, White Bear Lake, for providing me the GREATEST print media advertising and great prices.

Gianna Ianos joins NJP Enterprises Inc - Ownership Addition :

Gianna Ianos has accepted an offer to join NJP Business Enterprises team as part owner. Gianna will continue in her role as Art & Sales Director. Nancy Poferl, CEO of NJP Business Enterprises, Inc. dba So What's New @ the Chocolate Spoon, and formerly The Chocolate Spoon Café will continue in her role of Operations and Marketing Director. Her husband Jeff, semi-retired and also an owner, will continue to provide moral and physical support to the business as needed. Gianna has been working with and for Nancy for the past 3 years, most recently (since August 2007) in the cafe working side by side with Nancy serving up wonderful food and ambiance to their customers. They also created a sister company, Uno Carina Tre LLC, which they have been partners in since October of 2005. Uno Carina Tre LLC, will dissolve and meld into So What's New very shortly. They will continue their mission to provide great products and services, at the same time giving back to their community. Gianna has over 30 years of sales experience, as both a jewelry artist and unique media art specialist. She can embellish almost anything, taking something ordinary and making it unique and wildly alive. Over the past 4 years, Nancy and Gianna, have held approximately 65 fund raisers, raising over $20,000 for charities, both local and national. They will continue their philanthropic focus in So What's New, giving a portion of their profits to charity each month. The dynamic duo, aka The BizSistazTM, serve up comedy, compassion and a whole lot more. They are not sisters by blood, but have a bond that goes beyond any blood sisterhood. They really love each other. They are working on several projects for the fall/winter including a six-part business class at Century College to be held at The Spoon, a 2nd annual Holiday Bazaar event at the White Bear Armory, and hope to find themselves parked on radio doing their comedy routine. Their latest brainchild and creation is So What's New? @ the Chocolate Spoon. This is an upscale retail shop and WeeSale & WeeTailTM prices. They don't sell wholesale or retail, they sell a wee bit over wholesale, a wee bit under retail and anything in-between. It's an expansion of their Northwoods Cove Boutique (Uno Carina Tre LLC). In addition to their own products, So What's New is a collaboration of dealers and sellers, who provide unique products at amazing prices. Some items may be new, some old, some restored and some recreated, thus the name "So What's New?". The shop will be open 5 day per month, from the 2nd Wednesday to Sunday. In addition, the Chocolate Spoon Café scones and White Rock Coffee will be served to customers during each month's sales. In the near future, the website shopping cart will allow customers to buy their products, including the scones and coffee beans, on-line. Each dealer will also have the opportunity to highlight 10 of his or her favorite products in the cart as well.
