Caterer or Deli Operator

SineFellas Cafe kitchen is now available to lease. 
Commercial kitchen for lease 1 to 7 days per week, 8 hour shifts. $75.00 / 8 hours, $15.00/hr. additional, 2 hour minimum. Lease contract required, minimum period of 3 to 6 months. Application fee & deposit required. Business plan and 3 years of financial statements or tax statements and references is required for all applicants. Kitchen is currently certified with Ramsey County as: F-Class D Food Service. Applicant must be Ramsey County certified and must show evidence of business liability insurance. Kitchen use includes stainless steel tables, freezer & refrigeration (during shift only), gas convection oven, (3 rack, half sheet baking pan size), microwave, vegetable sink, ice machine, 3 - sink dish wash, mop sink.
