MUSIC AT SO WHAT'S NEW?:   Due to copyright licensing laws we are unable to accept musicians that play pieces that are not their original songs.  In order to accept all musicians, we would need to license with three organizations that control music licensing (BMI, ASCAP & SESAC) and at this time licensing is cost prohibitive.

Due to these copyright licensing laws we accept musicians that play original songs
or cover songs older than 25 years only.   SO WHAT'S NEW? will
continue to offer great community entertainment by musicians of all varieties.
